Nelson – Piano Teacher in Freshwater

Nelson is a highly experienced tutor, having worked with kids for a number of years in piano teaching, as well as rugby and soccer coaching.

Nelson offers in-home and mobile Piano tutoring to Freshwater, Curl Curl, North Manly and surrounding suburbs.

Music is something that Nelson has grown up with and cannot live without.

Nelson sat a number of independent Piano examinations up to the highest grade offered by the AMEB  –  Grade 8 AMEB.

After his classical training he has since learnt jazz, gospel and improvisation too. Other musical ventures include guitar, electronic music producing, and DJing.

Nelson believes Music should never be a chore. Rather, it should be fun, engaging and a means to stretch understanding and thought patterns.

Nelson is currently a postgrad student, currently writing his PHD with a focus on Roman history in Late Antiquity.
Aside from Music, Nelson loves football ️, surfing, skiing, road trips and learning languages!
